1. Processing Time

All of our signs are crafted with care, and we aim to process your order as efficiently as possible:

Order Preparation: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or for custom colors (like those from the Benjamin Moore range).

2. Shipping Time & Methods

We offer multiple shipping options to fit your needs:

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the Canada.

Note: Shipping times may vary based on your location and any external factors, such as carrier delays or holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address in Canada, package size, and weight. For bulk orders or oversized signs, additional shipping fees may apply.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within Canada only. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact us directly at HELLO@CURBSIGNAGE.COM.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

6. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at HELLO@CURBSIGNAGE.COM within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the order is processed.

7. Shipping Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, supply chain, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Shipping Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll assist with a replacement or resolution.|
